  1. The Service Provider should not expect to underwrite the business risk of the client and as such , its liability , in the event of any unforeseen situation , is defined as follows

      3. Tampering / pilferage of any part etc

    • Unintentional damage
      1. Any minor scratch / serious damage on any side of the car except front bumper , by a vehicle on road

      3. Any damage caused by the sudden bursting of tyres (only if the car is found to be driving within permissible speed limits )
      4. Any other damage which can be attributed to a reasons beyond the control of driver
    • Definition of Liability
      1. It is an amount incurred by the client to the extent not covered by the Insurance claim excluding normal depreciation of the part and surveyor fees but includes Insurance file charges.
    • Limitation of Liability
      1. Intentional Damage – 100 % of the liability
      2. Unintentional damage – limited to maximum 5 % of the Service Bill of the Company for the month in which the referred damage has happened . This liability can be settled against any subsequent bill of the Company .
      3. The liability shall be settled only in the same month in which the insurance claim has been settled .
